Rain forecast again in the state
The weather department has once again predicted the farewell time of monsoon. According to the weather forecast, normal to moderate rainfall has been predicted in some parts of the state.
Rain has been forecast in Dahod, Vadodara, Chota Udepur, Anand, Surat, Tapi, Valsad and Dang in the state today. It is also predicted to rain in some areas during the next 8 to 11 days.
The Meteorological Department has predicted normal rainfall in Aravalli, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha and Mehsana from October 8 to 11. On the occasion of Dussehra, it has rained in many areas of Bhavnagar after unbearable heat. Amidst the departure of monsoon, the Meteorological Department has predicted more rain in many parts of the state today.
Rain is likely to occur in Gir-Somnath, Bhavnagar, Panchmahal, Dahod, Narmada, Tapi, Navsari, Dang and Valsad districts on October 8. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in the Union Territory of Daman and Dadranagar Haveli. It is to be noted that the effect of Thunderstorm activity will be seen on 7th and 8th.
